Now learn from the parable of the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near. So you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. (Matthew 24:32, 33)
You would have to be ignorant or, to be a little kinder, just not paying enough attention, to not recognize that Jesus Christ will be coming back soon. Of course, if you are spiritually blind, you can't see, nor understand what the Bible clearly reveals about anything, including that the Lord is indeed near, right at the door! But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually apprised. (1 Corinthians 2:14)
No, the Bible doesn't tell us the exact hour, day, month or even the year. But we Christians can and should recognize all the signs of the fast approaching season; And He was saying to the crowds, "When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, 'A shower is coming,' and so it turns out. And when you see a south wind blowing, you say, 'It will be a hot day,' and it turns out that way. You hypocrites! You know how to analyze the appearance of the earth and the sky, but why do you not analyse this present time?(Luke 12:54-56)
The Lord is near! You too, be ready, for the Son of Man (Jesus) is coming at an hour that you do not expect. (Luke 12:40) Yes, be ready, be encouraged, be discerning, and be about the Lord's work until He comes back. Summer is coming! Maranatha!
