Summer is Coming!

Now learn from the fig tree; when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves. you know that summer is near. So you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. (Matthew 24:32, 33)
In Acts chapter one we read about the miraculous ascension into heaven of the risen Jesus Christ; ...He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing (angels) stood beside them. They also said, "Men of Galilee. why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.(Acts 1:10, 11)
Is the second coming of Jesus Christ coming soon? The Bible doesn't tell us the exact hour, day, month, or even the year when Christ will return to earth.. But Christians can and should recognize all the signs of the fast approaching season. If you haven't done so, I encourage you to go to The Gathering Storm website where you can read or listen to what the Bible says about the coming end of the world and why it may happen soon.
Of course only those who know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior can understand what the Bible says about His second coming. Most people are spiritually blind, meaning that can't understand what the Bible reveals about anything, including that the Lord is indeed near, right at the door; But the natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him,and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually apprised. (1 Corinthians 2:2:14)
The next event on God's prophetic calendar is the rapture of the Church (1 Corinthians 20-24), which could happen at anytime without further warning. Soon thereafter follows a seven year period known as the tribulation period when God will pour out His wrath on this unbelieving and godless world, followed by the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with His Church. Summer is coming. Are you ready?
You too, be ready, for the Son of man (Jesus) is coming at an hour that you do not expect. (Luke 12:40) Summer is coming! Maranatha!
