He is Coming!

For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. (Hebrews 10:37)
Persevering faith in God and His promises is one important way that we worship God; Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1) Our persevering faith in the imminent, physical return of Jesus Christ ascribes worth (worship) to God who promised His return; He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Come Lord Jesus. (Revelation 22:20)
The enemy tries to deny, distort and render irrelevant the promise of our Lord's second coming. It has been about 2,000 years since the physical resurrection and ascension of Jesus; ... This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven. (Acts 1:11) Every generation of true believers since then have had persevering faith that He could return at anytime.
One day, and I believe one day soon in our generation, Jesus will return for His Church; In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. (1 Corinthians 15:52). No, we can't know exactly when Jesus will return; "But of that day and hour no one knows..." (Matthew 24:36).
This we do know for sure if we have persevering faith. He is Coming! ...For now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed. (Romans 13:11)
