Is the Bible God's Infallible Word?

The sum of Your word is truth. And every one of Your righteous ordinances is everlasting. (Psalm 119:160)
What one believes about the Bible governs and guides their beliefs, thoughts, words and actions. Some people believe that there is no God. They are atheists (no God) or agnostics (don't know). The Bible calls these people fools; The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds. (Psalm 14:1) If you believe that there is no God, then there is no fear of His judgment or consequences of sin. For these fools, the Bible is not God's infallible, settled word.
Others, who have been deceived, say that they do believe in God, but not necessarily the God of the Bible. The God they belief in does not condemn their sins or would in any way judge them. For these deceived people, the Bible may contain some truth and wisdom, but it is not complete or settled truth and, therefore, not God's infallible, settled word; Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven. (Psalm 119:89)
The starting point for understanding and believing in the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is hearing and believing in God's infallible, settled word. Those who reject His word have no understanding of His truth or rational basis for believing in Christ; So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17)
