The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. (Romans 13:12)
A timeless theme, Earth and heaven will pass away.
Its not a dream, God will make all things new that day.
Gone is the curse from which I stumbled and fell.
Evil is banished to eternal hell.
No more night. No more pain. No more tears.
Never crying again. And praise to the great "I AM".
We will live in the light of the risen Lamb.
These are the lyrics from the beautiful song entitled
"No More Night" written by singer, songwriter Walt Harrah. To hear a very moving rendition of this song preformed by David Phelps, go to the following link:

This past week, Jim Borges, our good friend, brother in the Lord, and a magnificent trophy of God's amazing grace, went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. I can't listen to this song without a tear or two in my eyes as I remember my friend Jim and all of those other beloved saints who have proceeded us to glory; And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever! (Revelation 22:5)
Until his last breath, Jim lovingly, but boldly proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ to anyone who would listen. He told everyone the good news that they too can have forgiveness of sins and eternal life in heaven through faith alone in Jesus Christ; No more night. Nor more pain. No more tears. Never crying again. And praise to the great "I AM". We will live in the light of the risen Lamb. Maranatha!
